The Boughs of Willow
We make things that work better and last longer. Our products solve real problems with clean design and honest materials.
The setting for the FW25 collection draws from the willow tree—a symbol of strength embodied through gentleness, and continuity expressed in form.
Inspired by our daughter Amu, and in anticipation of our second child, Zhīzhī, this season reflects the branching ties of family:
the way a tree carries its boughs, and how those boughs, in turn, give shape to the whole.
The collection is built around the idea of garments that gather meaning as they are worn, rather than being dictated by trend.
Each piece is designed to be part of a long-standing wardrobe— clothing meant to become trusted companions over years, always retaining a quiet presence.
Material choices are central: Loro Piana wool and cashmere, Alumo cotton, and Takisada knits form the backbone of the collection, each selected for its tactile nature and ease of wear.
Linings of mulberry silk and the use of Riri zippers underline an attention to detail that is less about display than about lived experience: how a garment moves, how it feels against the skin, how a fastening works without effort.
The silhouettes mirror the willow’s balance of grace and resilience—soft yet defined, fluid yet considered.
The collection features coats that sway with motion, shirts that carry a natural crispness, and knitwear that gathers warmth without weight.
In wearing them, the intention is not to dress up but to inhabit thoughtfully crafted pieces: clothes that feel as natural as a second skin, quiet in their confidence, and enduring in their presence.
